VENDOR’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY: Priority for exhibition spaces shall be given to registered members of Global Harvest Church. Non members would be considered only after eligible church members have been accommodated and subject to the approval of the Planning Committee.
PAYMENTS: Stall fees where applicable must be paid before participation is confirmed. Stall fees are generally non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by the organizers.
VENDOR VETTING: Every vendor shall complete the application process. The Planning Committee reserves the right to verify business information and decline any application without assigning a reason.
ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITTION STALLS: Stall allocation shall be determined by the Planning Committee. The allocation will be based on business category, space availability and event logistics. Church members shall receive first consideration in stall allocation. Where demand exceeds available spaces, preference shall be given to eligible church members before application from external vendor are considered.
APPROVED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: Vendors may only display and sell products or services that are lawful, ethical and consistent with Christian values. The Planning Committee reserves the right to reject or remove any product, service, or display considered inappropriate or inconsistent with the vision and values of the church.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: The following items and services are strictly prohibited:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Gambling related products or services
- Tobacco products, vaping products and recreational drugs
- Pornographic, obscene or sexually explicit materials
- Any other products or services that are contrary to Christian doctrine
BUSINESS CONDUCT: Vendors shall conduct themselves professionally, respectfully and honestly at all times. Aggressive marketing, harassment of attendees, or any conduct capable of disrupting church activities is prohibited.
OPERATING HOURS Vendors must be fully set up before the commencement of the church services. No trading, setup, dismantling or promotional activities shall take place during church service unless expressly permitted by the Planning Committee.
CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY:Vendors are responsible for keeping their stalls clean throughout the event. Waste must be properly disposed of and vendors shall comply with all the safety instructions issued by the Planning Committee. Food and beverage vendors must comply with all applicable health and hygiene standards. Proper food handling and sanitation practices must be maintained at all times.
LIABILITY: Vendors are solely responsible for their goods, equipment, cash, and personal belongings. The Church and the Planning Committee shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury suffered during the event.
TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION: The Planning Committee reserves the right to revoke a vendor’s participation without refund if these Terms and Conditions are breached or if the vendor engages in conduct that may bring the church in disrepute.
COMMITTEE DECISION: The decisions of the Planning Committee on all matters relating to the event, including vendor selection, stall allocation and compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall be final.
ACCEPTANCE: Submission of vendor application and participation in the event shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
